Current Opportunities

Central Valley Adult Learning Association CAEC Bursary - Open until November 3rd 2025

The CVALA CAEC Bursary is designed to support adult learners who are returning to school to complete their high school equivalency. We know that balancing family responsibilities, travel, and other costs can be challenging, and this bursary can help.

  • One bursary of $250 will be awarded in 2025.

  • Deadline to apply: November 3, 2025

  • Recipient announced: November 27, 2025 at CVALA’s Annual General Meeting

Who Can Apply

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Have left public school before finishing grade 12 and not yet earned a diploma

  • Be currently enrolled in and attending a CVALA CAEC program

  • Plan to continue attending classes for at least one month after receiving bursary funds

Your application is complete once we receive both:
