Who we support

CVALA supports New Brunswick adults, age 18 and older, who are no longer in the public school system and want to strengthen their skills for work, further education, or everyday life. Our programs are designed for adults who want to:

  • Earn their high school equivalency (CAEC)

  • Build foundational digital literacy skills

  • Prepare for employment or job training

  • Increase confidence in learning and everyday tasks

  • Access education close to home in a supportive environment

We welcome adults from a wide range of backgrounds, including those referred by WorkingNB, Social Development, employers, community partners, or adults who refer themselves.

Bring a Program to Your Community

CVALA partners with communities, organizations, and workplaces to offer programs in locations where adults need them.

There is no cost to host a program - all that’s needed is a space and community interest.
